To achieve our STEM gold award we have been controlling our documents, to ensure activities are carried out in respect of the environment and records to show where we have been and what we have done. We have created our Environmental Improvement Plan, Communication records, Impact and Aspects Register and Management reviews. Operation control enables us to control those activities that can have a negative impact on the environment. We document procedures to avoid this and use control measures to prevent any harm to the environment. We have also been preparing our business for emergencies and identify what can be harmful to the environment and what we can do to reduce the risk of incidents.
