We carry out a variety of works from minor interior or exterior alterations to complete major refurbishment works; e.g. replacement kitchens and bathrooms; mortgage rescue works, replacement ceilings, flooring, redecoration, electrical and plumbing works.
We have completed projects for clients in Kent, Sussex and South London for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Universities.
For more than five years we have worked with Medway Council, MHS Homes Ltd (formerly the Medway Housing Society) installing replacement kitchens and bathrooms as part of their Homes to be Proud of programme.
We have an exemplary record in adapting and improving homes for less able householders. We make external alterations, to provide better access, with automated doors and ramps and convert bathrooms and kitchens which allow residents to live more independently.
